"Villa Estrella del 5 de Diciembre" is centrally located : an easy 5 minute walk to the beach - Playa Camarones. 15-20 minute walk to downtown (Guadalupana Cathedral) and Malecon, blocks away from delicious tacos and great eateries!

Enjoy a comfortable living space, with stunning views from living, kitchen and front bedroom. Modern - minimalist furnishing in a home with plenty of light. Wrap around terrace provides access from living room, kitchen and one of the bedrooms. All rooms have fans and AC. Kitchen is fully equipped. Washer and Dryer in separate laundry room.

You have access to a lovely rooftop common area with lounge, pool, outdoor shower, and bathroom.

We live 1 block down the hill and will always be available to help out with any needs. We will take your lead and offer interaction solely to those that wish for it. We want you to enjoy your stay at our condo as much as possible, and strive to tailor the experience to your desires.

Central market where you can find fresh seafood, fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses and amazing Mexican eats! Many taco stands to choose from - look in our handbook in the unit, as well as for other recommendations. Playa Camarones is one the best beaches on this side of town.

Our condo is situated where on can walk around - even all the way to Old Towne (Romantic Zone). Uber or getting a cab on the main street works just as well.

Our property is situated on a slight hill, with a steep uphill walk for one block. This is typical for properties with views in the area. It is accessible by cab / car. (Many enjoy this location and think of it as your daily quick cardio = more tacos + beverages of your choice!)

CVD 19 INFORMATION:

We will provide from the CDC, a list of items to clean and disinfect. Which will be our guideline in our cleaning. (Full disclosure - per the list, there are some items which we do not provide in our condo unit : Pressure cooker, vacuum cleaner, children items, bikes, surfboards and board games).
